The service
WhispShare is private, point-to-point sharing of files and short messages between two devices, for a limited time. Files, messages, voice messages, calls, room contents, bookings and reviews are not stored on our servers; the one exception is one sealed short text per pair, up to 280 characters and 7 days, deleted on pickup. A relay forwards encrypted bytes only when no direct path exists.
Plans and payment
Sharing on one network is free and needs no account. Away and Business are monthly subscriptions with included relay quota and pay-as-you-go overage at the prices on the pricing page; Enterprise is by contract. Each plan has a spend cap you can set: reaching it refuses new relayed sessions until the cap is raised or the month turns, while the subscription, links, rooms and direct sharing keep working. Senders pay nothing on every plan.
Your content
Your files and messages are yours; they travel between your devices and the receiver's, and we have no copy to return, inspect or delete. When a session ends it is gone from both sides, and limited time means limited access, not limited copies: we cannot stop a screenshot or a saved copy on the other side.
The rules
Use WhispShare within the acceptable-use policy: it is part of these terms. Break it and we can suspend or end the account; where a law requires it we report.
Availability and liability
We run WhispShare with care but do not promise uninterrupted availability; the status page shows the live state. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits a right you cannot waive under Romanian or EU consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer you may use the ANPC SAL platform and the EU online-dispute platform below. Disputes go to the courts of Iași, Romania, unless a mandatory rule gives you another forum.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date above and, for paid plans, notify the account e-mail before the change takes effect. Continuing to use WhispShare after the date means you accept the new terms.
